Paneer Sandwich Recipe | How to make Paneer Sandwich recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Paneer sandwich is simple and quick grilled sandwich made with paneer, vegetables and spices. This is no cook recipe where I used my leftover paneer fry and added other veggies. You can add capsicum, peas, boiled corn along with paneer too.

I love to make sandwich for breakfast as it is easy and quick. You can replace green chutney with some butter or mayo or tomato sauce. Add some cheese for kids. You can easily toast the sandwich in tawa rather than using toaster. Let’s check how to make this simple and quick paneer sandwich.

Paneer sandwich is simple and quick grilled sandwich made with paneer, vegetables and spices.

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices 4
  • Paneer 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1/4 cup
  • Onions 1/4 cup
  • Tomato 1 small
  • Green chilli 1
  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chutney as required

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer as small pieces
  2. Take it in a bowl along with carrot, onions, tomato, green chilli.
  3. Then add red chilli powder, pepper powder, amchur powder and salt.
  4. Mix everything together and stuffing is ready
  5. Take bread slices and apply green chutney on the top
  6. Then add the stuffing to it.
  7. Cover with remaining bread slices
  8. Place them in toaster or you can toast them in stove top.
  9. Toast till bread is browned
  10. Paneer sandwich is ready.
  11. Serve hot with cup of Coffee/Tea.

Notes

Add any vegetables of your choice.

You can saute the vegetables and use if you don't like it raw.

Cut the paneer as small pieces

Mix everything together and stuffing is ready. Prepare green chutney and keep it ready.

Take bread slices and apply green chutney on the top

Then add the stuffing to it.
