Great podi recipe with very few ingredients. I have a podi recipe with so many ingredients. That also taste good. But now I will try your recipe to enjoy with hot idli and ghee or steamed rice and ghee. Loved that you used all the easily available ingredients.

Andhra style Paruppu podi is my hot favorite. Love to enjoy with avakkai and piping hot rice and ghee. Your post made me nostalgic as it reminded me of Vizag.
