  • Peas 1 cup
  • Potato 3 small
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves few finely chopped
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for deep frying

  1. Boil potato and peas for 3 whistles. Mash them and make it ready.
  2. To this mixture add ginger garlic paste and all the spice powders and mix nicely.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
  4. Shape them in any shape as you like and dip them in maida paste(2 tbsp maida mixed with water). I shaped them round and flattened them as cutlet and also made few small balls.
  5. Coat with bread crumbs and keep it aside
  6. Heat oil and fry the prepared cutlets until golden brown in colour. We can shallow fry them in pan also.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce.

You can shallow fry the cutlets too. We can use egg for coating instead of maida paste.
