Pineapple Rasam Recipe | Annasi Rasam | How to make Pineapple Rasam recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Pineapple rasam is a flavorful and delicious rasam served in South Indian weddings. Rasam is integral part of our daily menu and I make it at least 3-4 times a week.
We love to eat it with rice or drink as soup. Our family love pineapple flavor a lot be it in spicy pineapple tikka, sweet pineapple kesari or in salads. Serve tangy and spicy pineapple rasam with hot rice and papad.

My partner for this month is Preethi Sridhar whose blog is treasure trove to so many North Indian and baking recipes. I bookmarked her baked kodo millet to try soon. I gave her cloves and coriander seeds and she made mouthwatering kutchi Dabeli. She gave me hing and curry leaves and I made this flavorful pineapple rasam.
