Podi Ammini Kozhukattai Recipe | Savory Ammini kozhukattai recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Podi ammini kozhukattai is steamed rice flour balls tempered with idli podi. When you are making Idiyappam for dinner, reserve some dough and make this as a quick breakfast. You can make this as snacks for kids too.
We love the spicy version of ammini kozhukattai than the sweet ones. Similar to podi idli, I made this podi ammini kozhukattai. You can use curry leaves chutney powder, kollu idli podi or sesame idli podi for seasoning. You can add some grated coconut but I skipped it.
