Ingredients
- Prawns 200 gms
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Corn flour 4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and clean the prawns.
- Marinate the prawns with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, garam masala and pepper powder.
- Mix well so it coats the prawn. You can add few drops of water if required.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns till crisp.
- Serve prawns fry hot.
Notes
Corn flour can be substituted by rice flour.
Adjust the spice powders according to your choice. Given measurements gives mild spicy prawns.
