Pudalangai chutney is simple chutney recipe using snake gourd, onions, spices and tamarind. It is easy and quick recipe which can be prepared in 15 minutes. It goes well with Idli/Dosa. I always like to use veggies in hidden form so my kids or hubby won’t complain and eat it. You can never guess the vegetable in the chutney. Are you bored of making kootu or poriyal with snake gourd. Then do try out this chutney and I am sure you will like it.
