There are so many variations of making thuvaiyal using different types of greens and it usually comes in handy. It keeps well in the fridge for few days.

Drizzle some sesame oil or ghee and enjoy with hot rice/idli or dosa. You can mix it with rice and pack it for a lunch box. It is so quick and easy to make. It gets ready in less than 15 minutes. Mint adds so flavour to chutneys, and I can imagine just how delicious this one would be. This is one of my most favourite accompaniments for idlis and dosas too. Lovely presentation and well explained recipe!
