How to make Pumpkin Paratha with step by step pictures
Boil pumpkin with ¾ cup of water till soft.
Allow it to cool down and take it in a mixer along with green chili.
Grind to smooth paste. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
Add pumpkin paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and ajwain.
Mix everything together and add little water to form a dough. Now add oil to it and knead
Knead nicely for 8-10 minutes till it is smooth and pliable.
Cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Now take a small ball and roll them like chapati sprinkling little flour.
Heat Kadai and place the rolled paratha. Drizzle oil on the top. Flip them and cook on both sides till golden.
Repeat the same for the rest of the dough. Serve them hot with raita, curd, pickle, or any gravy
