Pumpkin Poori Recipe | Yellow Pumpkin Poori | Parangikai Poori recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Pumpkin Poori is variation of normal poori with the addition of yellow pumpkin and spices. You can make variety of poori using different vegetables like palak poori, masala poori etc. Just boil the veggies, add spices and mix with the flour and knead to dough.
There are no takers of yellow pumpkin in our home. My SIL gave me big slice of pumpkin which she got from her native. I made puli kuzhambu one day, then was thinking how to hide and make others eat and made poori one day and then made pumpkin sauce pasta another day. Kids happily enjoyed it. Next in my flatbread series is pumpkin poori with aloo masala.
