Ragi Idiyappam Recipe | Finger Millet Idiyappam | Instant Ragi Idiyappam recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Ragi Idiyappam is healthy breakfast or dinner recipe made with Ragi flour. This is instant idiyappam which can be prepared in 30 minutes. It good alternative to string hoppers made with rice flour.
Usually we make rice flour for making idiyappam separately which is time consuming process and this instant version is easy and less time consuming. I got this idea from my SIL who tried and told it came out good. Dry roast the ragi flour nicely. You need to press when the dough is hot otherwise it will be difficult to press. You can sprinkle some hot water and press if it is tight. Serve it with coconut milk or stew.
