Ragi Jaggery Cookies Recipe | Ragi Cookies | Finger Millet Cookies recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. I am going to share another healthy cookies with the goodness of ragi and jaggery. Flavored with cardamom powder this is so flavorful and healthy. I can completely enjoy them guilt free. Loved the combination of ragi and jaggery and next planning to try ladoo.
Ragi has lot of health benefits and it is rich in calcium. It is good for weight loss, diabetes and helps to reduce cholesterol level. We can make variety of dishes using finger millet and most commonly I use them in making dosa, roti or idli. Due to the color of the ragi, I always say it is chocolate and give to my kids whenever I make murukku or biscuits. They will be happy to enjoy them.
