Rava dosa is one of my favorite dosa and I always order rava dosa in restaurants. Consistency of the batter is very important to get the thin crispy dosa. Batter should be very much watery. Batter will be thick and while preparing we can add more water and spread the dosa in kadai. It also take time to cook and we need cook in low flame to get nice crispy rava dosa. I seasoned with onions, green chillies, pepper and cumin and prepared onion rava dosa. We can prepare masala rava dosa or make it plain. You can serve it with sambar or chutney.
