Rose buns Recipe | Rose Shaped buns | Dinner rolls recipe
Rose buns Recipe | Rose Shaped buns | Dinner rolls recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Rose shaped buns are simple dinner rolls made in the shape of rose. I always like to try different designs for bread. You can use any bread or buns recipe for the same. I referred many videos for the shape. While baking it lost its shape a little. Try to keep the buns close to each other so it doesn’t expand much.
These buns are so soft and perfect for breakfast, dinner or snacks. You can add some stuffing too. I made it plain and enjoyed them warm. I have used eggs if you want eggless check out my other bread recipes. Enjoy these buns warm with cup of coffee. This is my third entry to this week blogging Marathon themed under Roll and fold for bun.

How to make Rose shaped buns with step by step pictures
Take 1 cup water in a bowl and warm in microwave for 15 seconds. Water should be warm and not too hot.
Add sugar and yeast to warm water.
Mix it nicely and keep it aside for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes yeast mixture should be frothy.
Take flour and salt in a bowl and mix it nicely
Add the frothy yeast mixture. Then add egg and knead to dough.
Now add oil and knead for 10-12 minutes till it is smooth and soft.
Cover and allow it to rise till it doubles in size. It will take between 1-2 hours depending on the climate
Once it doubles punch the dough and knead for 1 minute. Take small round dough and divide into four.
Roll each of them in round shape.
Attach each of them together and roll them.
Now cut into half and two cute roses are formed.
Similarly do the same for other dough.
Place the rose in the greased baking tin. Place them close to each other. I left some gap so it spread while baking. Allow it to raise for 15 mins.
Brush it with milk. Preheat the oven at 180°C for ten minutes and bake in same temperature in 30-35 minutes till it browns.
Brush it with little butter/oil
Serve the rose buns hot with cup of coffee/Tea.
