Samosa Chana Chaat | Samosa Chaat recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make street style samosa chana chaat. Samosa chana chaat is one of the most popular street food where samosas are mixed with chole masala and chutneys. This is my first post in new year. Time is running so fast and I am very busy in shopping and packing. Yes going back to India this weekend. I didn’t find time at all to sit and write something. My husband likes this Channa chat a lot and I got this white peas long back to do this and didn’t do at all. Now few weeks back when I was clearing some stocks in pantry, found the packet of white peas. Immediately made samosas and next day used the leftover samosa to make this yummy chat.
Preparation of any chaat items is breeze when you have the green and sweet chutney ready. Plan and prepare them one or two days ahead. You can use them and make many delicious chaats. Will be sharing few more chaat items which I tried to finish off my chutney. I used my leftover homemade samosas to make these but you can use store bought samosa. I used white peas as they use in streets. But you can use normal chana and make them too. Leftover chana masala can be used as side dish for chapati or roti.
