Sprinkles Cookies Recipe | Funfetti Cookies recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Sprinkles cookies are soft, chewy cookies made with wheat flour, brown sugar, and sprinkles. Make these colorful sprinkles cookies for Christmas. You can make it for the kid's snack box too.

 I gave her salt and yogurt as secret ingredients and she made soft and fluffy tutti frutti walnut cake. She gave me cornflour and brown sugar and I made these colorful sprinkles cookies.

Sprinkles cookies are soft, chewy cookies made with wheat flour, brown sugar, and sprinkles

Ingredients
  

  • Wheat flour 145 grams or 1 ¼ cup
  • Corn flour 25 grams or ¼ cup
  • Butter 110 grams or ½ cup
  • Sugar 75 grams
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • Sprinkles ¼ cup + extra for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Take butter in a bowl
  • Add sugar to it and mix butter and sugar to form a creamy texture.
  • Add vanilla essence to it.
  • Then add the wheat flour, corn flour and baking soda to it.
  • Mix everything together to form dough. Add few drops of milk if required.
  • Now add chocolate chips to the dough.
  • Mix the dough so choco chips is incorporated.
  • Take a small ball of dough and flatten them a little in your hands.
  • Prepare the same for the rest of the dough.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 160°C for three minutes
  • Place the cookies in the air fryer basket and bake at the same temperature for 10-12 minutes till it is done.
  • Allow it to cool down and store in an airtight container.
  • Serve the cookies with hot cup of Tea/Coffee

Notes

Baking time depends on the size and thickness of the cookies.
Always keep an eye after 10 minutes.
Cookies will look soft when taken out of the oven but will become firm after 5-10 minutes.
If the mixture is dry, add few drops of milk to form a dough. I didn't use any milk.
You can add nuts and chocolate chips to the dough too.
if you are using oven bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
You can bake it for little longer if you prefer crispy cookies.

How to make Sprinkles cookies with step by step pictures

Mix everything together to form a dough. Add a few drops of milk if required.

Now add sprinkles to the dough.

Mix the dough so sprinkles are incorporated.

Take a small ball of dough and flatten them a little in your hands.
