Stuffed Braided Bread | Whole Wheat Vegetable stuffed braided bread | Designer Bread recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Braided bread is one of the designer bread where dough is shaped/cut as separate stripes and each stripe is interlaced to form structure. We can form different shape and structure. I joined the bread bakers group in Facebook and this month theme is braided bread. Theme I choose is stuffed Braided bread because we always love stuffed breads and this give me a chance to try some different breads.
I followed the same recipe as my garlic bread and baked these braided bread. This bread is made of wheat flour and free of refined sugar too. I referred some you tube videos on how to shape them. It is very easy to shape them and you can serve these as evening snacks with tea or for breakfast. We love savory than sweet ones. So I used vegetable stuffing. You can make some sweet stuffing with coconut, tutti frutti, nuts too. For kids we can make with some chocolate stuffing too.
