Sweet Potato Paratha Recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Sweet potato paratha is a healthy and delicious flatbread made with sweet potato, wheat flour, and spices. Boiled sweet potatoes are added to the wheat flour and kneaded to form a dough. Sweet potatoes have a lot of health benefits and a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Sweet potatoes are considered to help gain weight for kids. My kids refuse to eat boiled sweet potatoes directly. So I add this to chapati or poori dough or make some fries with it. Best way to feed fussy kids. I always prefer to add it along with dough and make paratha rather than stuffing which takes a little more time. Serve it for breakfast or dinner with simple raita or pickle.
