Tomato Raita Recipe | How to make Tomato Raita | Thakkali Thayir Pachadi recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Tomato Raita is simple and easy raita made with tomatoes, curd and spices. Raita is usually served as side dish to biryani and parathas. I generally prefer to eat them as such and perfect coolant for the body. Use fresh curd for making raita and it really elevates the taste. I love to sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala or amchur powder.
