Ingredients

  

• Whipping Cream 1 cup
• Condensed milk ½ cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tbsp

Instructions

 

• Take chilled whipping cream in a bowl
• Beat it till soft peaks form.
• Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to it
• Mix it together gently so everything is combined together.
• Gently fold together and ice cream is ready.
• Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Freeze it for 8 hours or overnight till it is set.
• Scoop and serve vanilla ice cream drizzling chocolate sauce on the top

Notes

Use whipping cream with fat content of 25% and above for creamy texture.

I use non dairy whipping cream which already contains some sugar. Adjust the condensed milk according to the cream you use.

You can add some nuts, chocolate chips to the ice cream.
