Whenever I make homemade mayonnaise I will use them in sandwiches. I won’t get mayonnaise from shops as it is difficult to empty the whole bottle.  You can simply make these without toasting and serve in parties too. I used by sandwich maker to toast them. You can do in stove top too. This is my second entry to this week blogging marathon themed under stuffed dishes.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix nicely.
  5. Take bread slices

  7. Cover with remaining bread slices
  8. Place them in toaster or you can toast them in stove top.

  11. Serve hot with cup of milk

Notes

You can add other vegetables like cabbage, carrot, beans

Adjust the mayonnaise, salt and pepper as per your choice.

You can use green chutney or butter on the bread slices on both side and then apply the filling.

Serve them hot otherwise it may become soggy. Also if you prepare the mayo mixture and keep for long time it will release moisture. So prepare as and when it is required
