Veg Mayo Sandwich | Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Veg mayo sandwich is simple and quick recipe prepared using mayonnaise and vegetables. Bread sandwich or toast always comes handy when you want to make quick breakfast or snack. This is one of the very simple and easy breakfast which can be prepared in 10 minutes. You can give this as snacks for kids after school.
Whenever I make homemade mayonnaise I will use them in sandwiches. I won't get mayonnaise from shops as it is difficult to empty the whole bottle. You can simply make these without toasting and serve in parties too. I used by sandwich maker to toast them. You can do in stove top too. This is my second entry to this week blogging marathon themed under stuffed dishes.

Veg Mayo Sandwich | Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- Bread slices 8
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Capsicum 1 finely chopped
- Cucumber ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Pepper as required
- Mayonnaise ⅓ cup
Instructions
- Finely chop onions, capsicum and cucumber
- Take the vegetables in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise as required to coat them. I used ⅓ cup. You can add upto ½ cup
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix nicely.
- Take bread slices
- Apply the mayo mixture on the bread slices
- Cover with remaining bread slices
- Place them in toaster or you can toast them in stove top.
- Toast till bread is browned
- Veg mayo toast is ready.
- Serve hot with cup of milk

How to make Veg Mayo Sandwich with step by step pictures
Finely chop onions, capsicum and cucumber
Take the vegetables in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise as required to coat them. I used ⅓ cup. You can add upto ½ cup
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix nicely.
Take bread slices
Apply the mayo mixture on the bread slices
Cover with remaining bread slices
Place them in toaster or you can toast them in stove top.
Toast till bread is browned
