Whole Wheat Bhatura Recipe | bhature | How to make Bhatura recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Bhatura is leavened flat bread from North India especially Punjab. Chole Bhatura is classic combo which everyone will love.
Traditionally method of making bhatura involves fermenting the dough for long time. This is instant method using baking powder and baking soda. Dough should be rested for 1-2 hours. Usually they use all purpose flour to make bhatura but I have used wheat flour. Prepare this for party or weekend brunch.
