Whole Wheat Naan Recipe | Whole Wheat Naan without yeast
Whole Wheat Naan Recipe | Whole Wheat Naan without yeast recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Naan is one of the popular flat bread made with Maida or all purpose flour. Whole wheat naan is variation of naan using wheat flour. Usually it is leavened with yeast but this recipe is yeast free and yields so soft naans. I have used curd, baking powder and baking soda instead of yeast.
This is quick and instant version which can be prepared in less than 1 hour. Serve it with any gravy of your choice like Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhani, Chicken Tikka Masala, I always prepare naan in stove top. Never tried using oven to prepare the naan. You can use the same base recipe and prepare different varieties of naan like garlic naan, cheese naan, stuffed naan etc. Final recipe in my flat bread series is whole wheat naan with Aloo matar, raita, green chilli pickle and onions. Look forward to another interesting thali next week.
