Schezwan Sauce | How to make Schezwan Sauce in home
Schezwan sauce is spicy sauce from Indo chinese cuisine which is used for making fried rice, noodles and even can be used as dip for snacks.

- Red chilli 18-20
- Garlic 8 big cloves finely chopped
- Ginger small piece finely chopped
- Sesame Oil 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vineger 1 ½ tbsp
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Water ½ cup or as required
Soak red chillies in hot water for 30 minutes.
Grind the chillies along with half of garlic in mixer.
Blend to smooth paste.
Heat oil and add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Once the browns add the red chilli paste and saute for 1 minute.
Then add ½ cup water and allow it to boil till oil oozes out.
Now add soya sauce, vineger, tomato sauce, and salt
Mix nicely and saute or few seconds.
Add pepper powder and mix.
Switch off the flame
Hot Schezwan sauce is ready
Adjust the red chilli and sauces according to your choice
Store in clean air tight container. Always use clean spoon without water for long shelf life
