Wash and cut the chicken as small pieces.
Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt given under marination to chicken.
Mix everything together till chicken is coated.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry them and keep it ready.
Finely chop the onions, capsicum and green chillies
Crack two eggs in a bowl
Add the chopped onions and capsicum to egg.
Then add salt, green chillies, red chilli powder and pepper powder.
Mix to combine everything
Now add the shallow fried chicken pieces and mix.
Heat small pan and add some oil.
Pour the egg mixture on the pan and spread like omelette.
Close and cook for 1 minute.
Then carefully flip the omelette and cook other side.
Cut them into four pieces
Serve yummy chicken omelette.
