Ingredients
Ragi flour ½ cup
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
Ghee ¼ cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp optional
Instructions
Take flour in a bowl
Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to it.
Mix it nicely.
Then add the ghee
Mix nicely to form the dough.
Take small ball of the dough and flatten them.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the cookies in the tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Bake in the same temperature for 15-18 minutes.
Cool them in wire rack and serve.
Yummy Ghee biscuits is ready.
Notes
Baking time can vary between different oven and thickness of cookies. So always keep an eye after 15 minutes.Cookies always looks soft while taking out and later becomes firmYou can reduce the ghee and add little milk to knead the dough. I used only ghee.
