Instructions
Dry roast moong dal on low flame till the aroma comes.
Add quinoa to it.
Wash them and soak them for 20 minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 1 whistle and ten minutes on low flame or 3-4 whistles on medium flame.
Once the pressure is released open and mash it nicely
Add jaggery to it and cook for a few mins till the jaggery is melted and everything is mixed.
Then add cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, and a pinch of salt to it.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashews till golden brown.
Add the cashews to Pongal along with ghee and give a quick mix and switch off the flame.
Healthy and delicious quinoa sweet Pongal is ready.
