Quinoa Sweet Pongal | Quinoa Sakkara Pongal recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Quinoa sweet Pongal is a variation of sakkarai pongal made with quinoa instead of rice.
Our family loves sakkarai pongal so I always try it in different ways. Quinoa belongs to the family of pseudo cereals. It is rich in proteins, fiber and minerals. It is gluten free and can be substituted for rice.
I made it in pressure cooker similar to the way I make sakkarai pongal. You can also try Millet sweet pongal, Aval Sakkarai Pongal, or Kalkandu Pongal.
If you are not sweet person, then check out Quinoa Ven Pongal, Ven pongal, Paal Pongal, Rava Pongal, Foxtail Millet Pongal, or Broken wheat Pongal.
