Mango Popsicle

Mango popsicle is a refreshing and delicious kids-friendly treat made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Mango 1 medium or 1 heaped cup
  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp
  • Water ¾ cup

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, chop the mangoes and take them in a mixer.
  • Add sugar to it
  • Blend it nicely adding little water.
  • Pour them into popsicle mould or tumbler.
  • Freeze them for 6-8 hours or overnight till it is set.
  • Run them through water and remove the popsicle.
  • Enjoy the yummy mango popsicle.

Notes

Adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes.
Skip the sugar and add honey, maple syrup or brown sugar.
Run the popsicle through warm water to unmould it easily.
if you don't have popsicle mould, use normal stainless-steel tumbler and insert ice-cream sticks.
