Ingredients
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Vinegar ½ tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Red color few drops
Vanilla essence few drops
Topping
Cream Cheese Frosting as required
Instructions
Take a mug and add milk, sugar, oil and vinegar and mix nicely till sugar is dissolved.
Then add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, vanilla essence and red color and mix nicely without any lumps.
Microwave the cake for 1 ½ mins at 800°C
Enjoy with cream cheese frosting or plain mug cake
Notes
My cake didn't rise much as I used very little baking soda. You can add ¼ tsp baking soda if you like the cake to rise much. Microwave time depends on temperature. It can be between 1-2 minutesUse medium sized mug for this measurement. I used bigger mug so cake was upto ¾th of the mug only.I enjoyed with cream cheese frosting. If you like more sweet can add little more sugar.It is best to enjoy microwave cakes hot. You can use all purpose flour/maida
