Almond Nutella | Homemade Almond Nutella | How to make Almond Nutella

Nutella is chocolate hazelnut spread which is used in making cakes, desserts or used as spread. Almond Nutella is made with almonds instead of hazelnuts.

Ingredients

  • Almonds 1 cup heaped or 200 grams
  • Brown sugar ¾ cup + 3 tbsp
  • Milk chocolate compound or cooking chocolate 50 grams
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Oil 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt 2 pinch

Instructions

  • Take almond in a pan
  • Roast them for 10-12 minutes till it is nicely roasted
  • Take almonds in blender
  • Grind them till smooth and it releases moisture. Every 30 secs scrap the sides
  • Melt the chocolate in microwave for 30-40 seconds
  • Add melted chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar and salt.
  • Blend them for 1 minute till everything is combined
  • Now check the sugar and add more if required. Add oil and blend it till smooth
  • Now and then scrap the sides and blend till smooth and shiny

Notes

Check the sugar and add more if required. I added ¾ cup and later added 3 tbsp extra.
You can increase the chocolate chunks for more silky texture
If the mixture is too dry you can add oil and blend to make it smooth.
