Boil the potatoes for 1-2 whistles, peel the skin and cube them.
To the boiled potatoes, add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder .
Toss them nicely till combined.
Heat oil in the pan and add the potatoes.
Shallow fry them till golden.
Take potatoes in the bowl
Add the onions and tomato on top of it.
Then add red chutney, green chutney and sweet chutney.
Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala.
Mix everything till combined
Garnish with sev, pomegranate pearls and serve.
Delicious Aloo Chaat is ready.
