Ingredients
Biscuits 300 grams
Milk 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Instructions
Roughly break the biscuits and take in a mixer.
Grind to fine powder.
Take the biscuit powder in the bowl.
Add baking soda to it and mix
Slowly add milk to it
Mix to form smooth batter.
Grease the tin with butter and dust it with little flour.
Fill the tin till ¾ and tap to release air.
Heat pan and place plate with holes in it, close the lid and preheat for 5 minutes.
Then place the cake tin in the kadai.
Close it with lid and bake in low flame for 30-35 minutes till tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool down completely and then slice as pieces and enjoy.

Notes
You can use eno or baking powder instead of baking soda. You can use some nuts, tutti frutti in the batter. Adjust the amount of milk to form thick batter. You can taste and add powdered sugar if required before baking. If you are using oven, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 30-35 minutes till tooth pick inserted comes out clean.Depends on type of biscuit adjust the milk quantity.
