Ingredients

  • Cake Crumbs 2 cup
  • Frosting ¼ cup
  • Melted Chocolate 75-100 grams
  • pop sticks
  • Sprinkles or any toppers to decorate

Instructions

  • Crumble the cake nicely.
  • Add any frosting to it and mix.
  • Form small round cake balls from mix.
  • Shape all the mixture as balls.
  • Refrigerate them for 1-2 hours to make it more firm.
  • Melt the chocolate using microwave or double broiler and keep it ready.
  • Take the sprinkles in one plate.
  • Dip the cake pop sticks in chocolate first
  • Then press it in cake balls gently. Repeat the same for all balls and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes to freeze.
  • Then dip the entire ball in chocolate and remove the excess chocolate.
  • Add sprinkles on top and allow it to dry.
  • You can use cardboard or styrofoam to place the sticks. I didn't find any so just used the liners.
  • Allow it to set for couple of hours and serve.
  • You can wrap them with wrapper and tie with bow for parties or simply keep it.
  • Enjoy the cute little cake pops

Notes

Adjust the amount of frosting according to moisture in the cake. It should be easy to form balls and firm not crumble too much.
Add nuts or topping of your choice or keep it plain.
You can use any flavor of cake and any type of frosting.
You can use white chocolate instead of milk chocolate for coating.
