Ingredients
Chana ½ cup boiled
Onions finely chopped to garnish
Tomatoes finely chopped to garnish
Cucumber finely chopped to garnish
Green chutney 4 tbsp or as required
Sweet chutney 4 tbsp or as required
Salt as required
Red chilli powder to sprinkle
Cumin powder to sprinke
Sev ½ cup optional
Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
Soak chana for 3-4 hours or overnight and cook them for 3 whistles.
Take the cooked chana in a plate
Top it with finely chopped onions
Then add finely chopped tomatoes
Top it with finely chopped cucumber
Then add sweet chutney
Add the green chutney
Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder. You can use chaat masala too
Garnish with coriander leaves/Sev and serve.
Notes
You can use boiled potato or veggies like carrot, capsicum tooYou can garnish with sev. I skipped it since I didn't have them.Adjust spice and chutney according to your taste.
