Chana Chaat | Chole Chaat

Ingredients

  • Chana ½ cup boiled
  • Onions finely chopped to garnish
  • Tomatoes finely chopped to garnish
  • Cucumber finely chopped to garnish
  • Green chutney 4 tbsp or as required
  • Sweet chutney 4 tbsp or as required
  • Salt as required
  • Red chilli powder to sprinkle
  • Cumin powder to sprinke
  • Sev ½ cup optional
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  • Soak chana for 3-4 hours or overnight and cook them for 3 whistles.
  • Take the cooked chana in a plate
  • Top it with finely chopped onions
  • Then add finely chopped tomatoes
  • Top it with finely chopped cucumber
  • Then add sweet chutney
  • Add the green chutney
  • Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder. You can use chaat masala too
  • Garnish with coriander leaves/Sev and serve.

Notes

You can use boiled potato or veggies like carrot, capsicum too
You can garnish with sev. I skipped it since I didn't have them.
Adjust spice and chutney according to your taste.
