Chapati Pizza Recipe | Roti Pizza Recipe | Pizza with leftover Chapati dough

Chapati Pizza is delicious and quick pizza made using chapati dough as base.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour ½ cup
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Salt as required
  • Pizza / Tomato Sauce as required
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Capsicum ½ cubed
  • Tomatoes ½ cubed
  • Italian seasoning ¾ tsp
  • Red chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Cheese ½ cup
  • Salt to sprinkle
  • Pepper powder to sprinkle

Instructions

  • Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt, oil, water and knead to smooth dough.
  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Take big ball of chapati dough and flatten it.
  • Roll them into thick chapati.
  • Place them in pan and add little oil.
  • Cook them on both sides
  • Then take the pan off the stove and start assembling.
  • Apply pizza/tomato sauce on the top
  • Then add the cubed onions, capsicum and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on the top
  • Then add grated cheese on top of vegetables
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and red chilli flakes
  • Keep the pan in stove and close the lid.
  • Cook till cheese is melted.
  • Chapati pizza is ready.

Notes

You can choose any vegetables of your choice or use chicken.
Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
