Warm water and add sugar to it and mix till sugar is dissolved.
Add yeast to it and mix.
Cover and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
After 10 minutes yeast mixture will be frothy. This shows yeast is active. If it is not frothy don't proceed further
Take wheat flour, milk powder and salt in a bowl.
Add frothy yeast mixture to it and knead to form dough
Transfer the dough to counter and add butter.
Knead it nicely for 10-12 minutes till dough is soft and pliable
Cover and keep it aside for 1 hour or till it doubles in size.
Cube the onions, tomatoes and capsicum
Grate the cheese and keep it ready
Take small dough and roll them according to inner size of your pizza tray.
Then sprinkle some flour in pizza tray.
Take big dough and flatten them in pizza tray.
Now prick it with fork on both the bases.
Then add cheese in the middle of flattened dough leaving the sides.
Now cover the cheese with rolled dough and seal the edges
Spread pizza sauce all over the base
Then assemble the veggies
Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder to it.
Then add generous amount of cheese on the top
Finally sprinkle with Italian seasoning and chilli flakes
Preheat the oven to 2225°C for 15-20 mins and bake in the same temperature for 18-20 mins till cheese is melted and base is browned.
