Finely chop the chicken, onions, capsicum and spring onions

Heat 1 TSP oil add onions and saute.

Then add spring onions and capsicum and saute for few minutes

Now add chicken and saute nicely.

Add ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper powder and red chilli powder.

Saute for few minutes in high flame till chicken is cooked.

Add ⅛ cup milk ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper powder to the egg and beat nicely.

Then add pinch of baking soda and ¼ cup all purpose flour and mix nicely.

Add the cooked chicken mixture to this and combine

Grease the muffin pan/tins with oil. You can also line with liners

Fill the muffin pan with the batter

Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes

Place the muffin tray in oven and bake in the same temperature for 15-20 minutes till it is nice golden in color.

Remove from muffin tray and serve hot
