Dried fish Chutney is one of staple food from Nagaland cuisine

Ingredients
Dried fish/karuvadu 2 small packets
Red chillies 5-6
Garlic 5 small cloves
Oil 1 tsp
Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
Take two small packets of dried fish
Wash and clean them and keep it ready
Soak red chillies in hot water for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and roast the dried fish.
Flip and roast till golden
Cool down and take dried fish in mixer along with red chillies and garlic.
Pulse it couple of times till everything is combined.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Serve Dried fish chutney with rice or any rotis.
Notes
You can use green chillies instead of red chillies. Adjust the chillies according to your preferenceYou can use mortar to prepare the chutney instead of mixer.
