Ingredients

  • Bread slices 4
  • Eggs 2
  • Mayonnaise | ⅓ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp optional
  • Green chutney 3 tbsp optional

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs, peel the shell, cut them as slices and keep it ready.
  • Take bread slices
  • Apply the Green chutney on one side of bread slices
  • Place the sliced boiled egg on the top
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder
  • Add the Mayonnaise on top of the egg
  • Cover with remaining bread slices and apply some butter
  • Place them in toaster or you can toast them in stove top.
  • Toast till bread is browned
  • Egg mayo toast is ready.
  • Serve hot with cup of milk

Notes

Adjust the quantity of mayonnaise as per your choice
You can skip green chutney and apply butter or mayonnaise
