Marinate the fish with salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Heat oil and shallow fry the fish in the pan.
Roast them till golden.
Remove the bones and take only the flesh part. It comes with around 1.5 cups of boneless fish.
Boil water in the pan and cook noodles for 8-10 minutes according to the instructions in the packet. Add salt and 1 tsp of oil while cooking noodles.
Once it is cooked, drain the water and run through cold water and keep it aside.
Heat oil and add the finely chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum and carrot.
Saute in high flame for 2-3 minutes and then add the eggs to it.
Scramble the eggs and add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder and soya sauce.
Saute in high flame for 3-4 minutes and add fried fish.
Then add the cooked noodles.
Toss in high flame till everything is coated evenly.
Delicious fish noodles is ready.
