Fruit Chaat is sweet and tangy chaat made with mixed fruits and spices.

Ingredients

  • Banana 1
  • Pineapple ½ cup
  • Apple ½ cup
  • Mango ½ cup
  • Pomegranate ¼ cup
  • Grapes 10-12
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tsp optional
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp

Instructions

  • Wash and clean the fruits.
  • Cut them as small bites and take them in the bowl
  • Add black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and pepper powder.
  • Then add the lime juice
  • Toss everything together
  • Fruit chaat is ready. Serve immediately

Notes

I have used bananas, pomegranates, mangoes, apple, grapes, and pineapple.
You can use papaya, oranges, strawberry, blueberries, or any fruits of your choice
Adjust the spices according to your preference.
You can chop the fruits and chill them.
Then add all spices, lime juice while serving
