Dry roast oats in low flame till fragrant and crispy.
Allow it to cool down and transfer to mixer.
Grind to coarse powder and take in a bowl.
Add chopped almonds to it.
Then add fennel seeds and flax seeds.
Next add powdered jaggery/brown sugar and mix it nicely till everything is combined.
Finally add ghee to bind together the dough.
Don't knead much just bring it together.
Make small balls and flatten them in your hands.
Line baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the cookies.
Preheat the oven 180°C for ten minutes and bake in same temperature for 18-20 minutes.
Allow it to cool down and store in air tight container.
Enjoy the lactation cookies.
