Wash and soak the little millet for 30 minutes. Drain water and keep it aside.
Heat oil and temper with bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon
Then add finely chopped onions and slit green chillies. Saute till slightly golden.
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
Next add the chopped vegetables and saute for a minute.
Then add salt and garam masala.
Sprinkle little water and cook till vegetables are 60% cooked.
Then add water and allow it to boil.
Once it boils add the washed millet.
Boil in medium flame for 5 minutes.
Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
Gently fluff up the pulao and serve hot.
Healthy little millet pulao is ready.
