  • Then add water little by little and knead to form dough.
  • Add little oil now and knead for 7-10 minutes till dough is soft and smooth.

  • Grate them finely in grater.
  • Squeeze the excess water by pressing the grated radish.

  • Add salt and pepper powder in another.
  • Mix it nicely and stuffing is ready.
  • Take one ball of dough and dust it with some flour.
  • Roll them as small circle and place the stuffing in the centre
  • Bring all the edges and seal them
  • Now roll them like chapati sprinkling little water.
  • Heat kadai and place the rolled paratha. Drizzle oil on the top.
  • Flip them and cook on both sides till crisp and golden
  • Serve them hot with raita, curd, pickle or any gravy

Notes

Squeeze the juice of radish properly otherwise it will make your paratha soggy making it difficult to roll.
If you keep the stuffing for long time after preparing, make sure to squeeze them again while rolling.
You can add generous amount of ghee instead of oil. I used less oil
You can adjust the spices according to your preference. Can add finely chopped green chillies too
