Penne Pasta Chaat | Pasta Chaat recipe

Learn how to make chaat using Penne pasta

Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta ⅔ cup
  • Potato 1 big
  • Onions ¼ cup
  • Tomatoes ¼ cup
  • Oregano ½ tsp optional
  • Red Chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp or as required
  • Chaat Masala ½ tsp
  • Curd 2 tbsp optional
  • Green chutney 4 tbsp or as required
  • Sweet chutney 4 tbsp or as required
  • Sev as required
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Once it comes to boil add the pasta, salt and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain them and keep it ready.
  • Take pasta in a bowl
  • Cook the potatoes, cube them and add to pasta.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder and oregano
  • Mix it nicely and keep it aside.
  • When serving, add the pasta potato mix in a plate.
  • Add some chopped onions
  • Then add chopped tomatoes
  • Drizzle some green chutney
  • Then add the sweet chutney
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala on the top.
  • Add the curd on the top if you are using
  • Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
  • Serve the yummy Penne Pasta Chaat

Notes

You can use any variety of pasta
Adjust spice and chutney according to your taste.
You can skip curd and make normal pasta chaat
