Ingredients
Pineapple 1 cup roughly chopped
Sugar 2 tbsp or as required
Lemon juice from one small lemon
Instructions
Cut the pineapple chunks and extract juice from lemon.
Take pineapple chunks, sugar and lemon juice in blender.
Blend them to smooth puree
Transfer them to freezer safe container
Freeze in fridge for 8 hours or overnight till it is set
Scoop them and serve it chill with few pieces of pine apple chunks on the top.
Notes
You can give a quick stir in between while setting in fridge so it doesn't form ice crystals. Consistency should be little soft and not too hard like Ice Pops. You can keep in room temperature for 5 minutes before serving. Adjust the sugar according to sweetness you require.
