Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Mix nicely and saute in medium flame
Close and cook for 5 minutes
Keep stirring the potato till it is nicely roasted. Add more oil if required.
Simple potato fry is ready.
Serve as side dish to rice.
Notes
I used non stick pan so used less oil. You can drizzle little more oil while fryingAdjust the spices according to your preference. This is less spicy as I prepared for my kids
