Raw Mango Popsicle Recipe | Raw Mango Mint Popsicle | Aam Panna Popsicle

Raw Mango popsicle is refreshing, sweet, and tangy pops made with raw mango and mint.

Ingredients

  • Raw Mango 1 big/ 2 cups heaped
  • Mint leaves ¼ cup
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger ½ tsp finely chopped
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Water 2 cups

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the skin of the raw mangoes
  • Remove the seed and roughly chop them.
  • Add 1 cup of water and allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes till soft.
  • Allow it to cool down and take in a mixer.
  • Add fresh mint leaves, ginger, black salt, and roasted cumin powder to it.
  • Then add sugar to the mixture.
  • Grind them to smooth paste.
  • Add 1 more cup of water to adjust consistency.
  • Fill the popsicle mold and close it with a lid.
  • Freeze them for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Slightly run them through water and demould them.
  • Enjoy the raw mango popsicle.

Notes

Adjust the salt and sugar according to your taste.
You can increase the sugar to ¾ cup if you prefer it very sweet.
