Raw Mango popsicle is refreshing, sweet, and tangy pops made with raw mango and mint.

- Raw Mango 1 big/ 2 cups heaped
- Mint leaves ¼ cup
- Black salt ¼ tsp
- Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp
- Ginger ½ tsp finely chopped
- Sugar ½ cup
- Water 2 cups
Wash and peel the skin of the raw mangoes
Remove the seed and roughly chop them.
Add 1 cup of water and allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes till soft.
Allow it to cool down and take in a mixer.
Add fresh mint leaves, ginger, black salt, and roasted cumin powder to it.
Then add sugar to the mixture.
Grind them to smooth paste.
Add 1 more cup of water to adjust consistency.
Fill the popsicle mold and close it with a lid.
Freeze them for 8 hours or overnight.
Slightly run them through water and demould them.
Enjoy the raw mango popsicle.
Adjust the salt and sugar according to your taste.
You can increase the sugar to ¾ cup if you prefer it very sweet.
