Finely chop onions and garlic. I used the white part from spring onions.
Wash and finely chop carrot and beans and microwave for 3 minutes. You can directly cook on stove too. I microwaved so it takes less time while cooking.
Take ½ cup corn in blender.
Grind them to fine paste adding little water.
Heat pan and add 1 tbsp of butter
Add the finely chopped onions and garlic and saute for one minute
Now add the carrot and beans.
Then add the sweet corns and saute for few seconds
Add the pureed sweet corn
Then add water, salt and pepper
Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
Mix corn flour with water and add to thicken the soup
Garnish with spring onions
Serve sweet corn soup hot.
